As a condition of registering as a player with the River Rats Poker, the Player hereby acknowledges and agrees to the release and indemnification of River Rats Poker according to the following terms:

1. As a Player, I agree that I am at least 21 years of age and that events run by River Rats Poker at a hosting venue are for entertainment purposes only.

2. The Player hereby acknowledges and agrees that at NO TIME CAN PLAYERS IN THESE TOURNAMENTS RISK ANYTHING OF VALUE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; CASH, CASH EQUIVALENT, OR ANYTHING OF VALUE, and that at any time a player is found to break this rule, they will be disqualified from any current and future events, and will be immediately asked to leave the premise of any River Rats Poker event!
3. The Player understands and agrees that if the Bar/Restaurant is ultimately responsible for updating scores accurately and while the league will do its best to ensure scores are updated accurately, they cannot be held responsible. As well, if a bar fails to fulfill its contract with River Rats Poker, River Rats Poker reserves the right to remove any scores and/or prizes that may have been accumulated during the season in which the agreement was not fulfilled.
4. As a Player in ANY River Rats Poker event, I will abide by and follow the Tournament Rules and Table Etiquette , which are available for view on www.riverratspoker.com; or I may ask the Tournament Director to review a copy at any River Rats Poker event. I understand that all final decisions are at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
5. As a Player, I understand that pictures and video may be taken at events, I consent to River Rats Poker to use these media types in advertising without recourse.

If you are like many of us, you’ve never participated in a poker run. Joe River Rats Poker Run was established to provide river homeowners and Elkhart residents with a fun event that builds relationships while also raising money for river community needs and events. River Rat Poker Runs

Take a guided, scenic ride through the Potomac River Valley with stops at regional parks to draw cards or draw your hand at registration.
Cash prizes for top 3 hands based on the number of entries.
$10 donation per entry.
Registration 10:00am – 12:00pm, guided rides leave around 11:00 and Noon. Rides are approximately 2 hours. Entries must be returned by 3:00 PM. Winner announced by 3:00 PM. You do not have to be present to win.
Food will be available.
